House Rules

Reservation Policy: Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room maybe reassigned. The Hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit. 

Check In / Check Out: Check In time is from 2.00pm. Check Out time is 12.00 Noon.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations are refundable subject to 24 hours' notice of cancellation being given. To cancel a reservation please call us on 09175910887 or email casaceciliahotel@yahoo.com

Smoking: The Hotel has a Non-smoking Policy in all guest rooms.

Extension of Stay: Extension of stay is by request and subject to availability. Please let us know 24 hours before your check out date and we will do our best to accommodate. This may include re-locating to a different room.

Children: Children under 4 years of age stay free of charge providing they sleep with parents. Cots and Cribs are available on request.

Pets: Pets are allowed at an extra charge of 300PHP. Please keep pets on a lead in all public areas.

Room Policy: Any damages will be charged at market value. Please report any existing damage or room issues immediately on arrival.

Parking Policy: The Hotel provides secure on-site parking with CCTV. The Hotel does not accept liability for damage, accident or loss of personal property from your vehicle.

Alcohol: The Hotel serves alcohol at its bar facility, so we do not allow alcohol to be brought onto the property. All beverages including pool area must be purchased through the Hotel.

Accessibility: Should you require disabled access, please advise us at time of reservation.

Guest Safety: CCTV cameras are used throughout the property, and our employees will never disclose identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than law enforcement. Use of swimming pools and leisure spa areas are at your own risk.
